1、一般电解电容的电容偏差大些,不会严重影响电路的正常工作,所以可以取电容量略大一些或略小一些电容器代替。但在分频电路、s校正电路、振荡回路及延时回路中不行,电容量应和计算要求的尽量一致。在一些滤波网络中,贴片电容与电解电容的容量也要求非常准确,其误差应小于±0.3%~0.5%.

2、耐压必须达到要求,选用的耐压值应等于或大于原来的值。

3、无极性电容通常选用无极性电容来替换,实在无办法到时可用两只容量大一倍的有极性电容逆串联后代替,方法是将两只有极性贴片电容与电解电容的正极相连或将它们的两个负极相连。

4、在选用贴片电容与电解电容时,建议选择三和samwha耐高温系列电容产品,耐高温电容的最高工作温度为105℃,当其在最高工作温度条件下工作时,能保证2000小时左右的正常工作时间。工作环境的温度越低,电容的使用寿命越长。
